Drive.sa is a technology platform that connects you with independent drivers. By using this app, you fully accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Drive.sa. We only provide the technology to connect you with them.
You can open the app, check fares, see live driver locations, and use all basic features without logging in. Login is required only when you actually book a ride.
Fares are shown clearly before booking. You agree to pay the final amount displayed (including taxes, tolls, waiting time, and surge pricing if applicable). Payment is processed securely or can be made in cash where allowed.
You may cancel free of charge before the driver accepts the ride. Cancelling after acceptance may result in a cancellation fee.
You must treat drivers respectfully. Any harassment, abuse, damage to the vehicle, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate and permanent blocking of your account.
Your location and trip details are used only to provide the service and ensure safety. Drive.sa is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during a trip.
We may suspend or block your account at any time if these rules are broken.
These terms can be updated anytime. You will receive a notification in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
